Watoga State Park is located in the mountains of Pocahontas County just 14 miles south of Marlinton, West Virginia. The park consists of 10,100 acres filled with a multitude of recreational activities including hiking, swimming, fishing and boating. There is something for everyone to enjoy at Watoga State Park.

The Restaurant at Watoga
Open seasonally, the restaurant features locally grown produce and fare. Restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday 9-8 and Sunday 10-6.  Also serving breakfast daily. For sampling of menu items and general costs, view menu.

Three Rivers Avian Center (TRAC)

What bird says ‘who cooks for me, who cooks for you all?’  Don’t know!  Come to the Birds of Prey Educational Program featuring live birds of prey native to West Virginia.  Raptors including hawks and owls are part of this program. Learn about their habitat, diet and behaviors; most comment causes of injury. Open to the public.  No charge to attend. Great family activity.
