Cabin Guidelines and Reservation Information
Cabin Rental Policies
- A 6% sales tax and a 6% hotel/motel tax is added to the above rates.
- Cabins are rented from Monday to Monday for one to two week periods (second Monday in June to Labor Day).
- Before and after the summer season there is a 2-night minimum for weekends and a 3-night minimum for holiday weekends.
- Reservations can be made up to one year in advance (from the first day of the month)
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is 10 a.m.
- Dogs and cats are permitted in a limited number of cabins, call for reservations with pets.
- No one under 18 may reserve a cabin. There must be a responsible adult registered in a cabin where minors are staying.
- Reservations made for three nights or less must be paid in full at the time reservations are made. Reservations made for four nights or longer require one-half total payment in advance and the remainder paid upon arrival.
- No tents are allowed in cabin area.
- Rates are subject to change.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to rent cabins.
- Week nights are Monday through Thursday and any Sunday which does not fall before a holiday Monday
- Weekend nights are Friday and Saturday and any Sunday which falls before a holiday Monday
Senior Discounts
Senior citizen discounts are available for persons over 60 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at check-in. This discount applies only to cabins rented and occupied by eligible senior citizens.
No one under 18 may reserve a cabin. There must be a responsible adult registered in a cabin where minors are staying.
Reservations made for three nights or less must be paid in full at the time reservations are made. Reservations made for four nights or longer require one-half total payment in advance and the remainder paid upon arrival.
